Students will learn the International Phonetic Alphabet by applying the phonetic symbols to their monologues. This is both an aural and oral class. Students will use their ears to hear the sounds and their mouth to pronounce them. Learning I.P.A. makes it easier to learn dialects. This class is not to be used as speech therapy.
